2. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, take a non-elastic cable or rope and then measure the length that you have been given with a ruler.

Cómodas, de buena calidad y perfectas para entrenos donde no predomine la fuerza sino el cardio. Las uso solas o combinadas con rodilleras convencionales si necesito agarre extra o cuando siento que me pueda molestar la rodilla. Me ayuda a calentar la zona y preparar mis rodillas para el entreno.
